Well done to the PDDCS members involved in with the National Deaf Children’s Society DFE (Department for Education) research project. Teenagers, aged 15-19, across England have been asked questions, in focus groups, to find out information from deaf and hearing impaired young people, about their future ambitions and attitudes towards work.
NDCS have been asking other groups their thoughts too, including parents of deaf and hearing impaired young people, professionals and employers. All of the information will help the DFE to know what could support young people in the future.
We look forward to reading the published report.
